What Are You Searching For?

Soul Searching

How much of your life have you spent searching for something or someone?  Are you seeking a life partner, climbing the ladder of success, or searching for a home?  It’s so easy to get lost in the search that we often forget where we are, and even who we are.

When we find ourselves seeking and searching for something that we think we need or don’t have, take a breath and release.  Remind yourself that peace is always found in the present moment.  We often have what we need, but our wants get in the way of our happiness.

Instead of searching or seeking outside of yourself for someone or something, go within, and seek an inner connection with yourself. When you stop grasping and searching and will enter into silence, for in the stillness, is a gift that is always there.

I love all your writing. Recently I especially enjoyed the “Soul Sesrching” article. It made me question what really is important in my life.
