Today you can create change in your life by simply setting one intention.  Intentions don’t always have to be huge, but can be small and appear insignificant, but I can tell you that I have witnessed people make “small” changes that completely alter and change their lives for for the better.

Step One:  Name the intention that you want to create.

Step Two:  Take Action!

Step Three:  Follow through to create a new habit.

I personally try to do a random act of kindness every day, even for people I don’t know personally.  It doesn’t always happen, but I set the intention to be kind and make every effort to follow through.

Examples of intention setting can include:

Smiling more

Exercising for 20 minutes

Eating more fruit or veggies – at least one meal

Laughing

Meditating for 3 minutes

Playing with your cat for 5 minutes, you will be surprised at how good you both feel!

      Great! Think of something that you would like to achieve or change in your life and set your intention.
      Small intentions can create big changes!
